1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Quick2Service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Services Provided

Quick2Service provides home appliance repair and maintenance services including, but not limited to:

• Refrigerator repair and maintenance
• Washing machine repair and maintenance
• Air conditioner repair and service
• Microwave oven repair
• Kitchen chimney repair and cleaning
• Water purifier service and maintenance
• Geyser repair
• Television repair
• Other home appliance services

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Service Requests

You may book our services through our website, mobile app, phone, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charges
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full inspection fee

3.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once without charges. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Charges

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Inspection fee is charged at the time of visit
• Repair charges must be paid upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets
• Spare parts are charged separately

4.3 Estimates

Initial estimates are provided based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary after inspection.

5. Service Guarantee and Warranty

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on workmanship and installed parts, subject to terms:

• Warranty covers defects in our work only
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Warranty is void if appliance is tampered with after our service

5.2 Spare Parts

We use genuine spare parts whenever available. Manufacturer's warranty applies to spare parts.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue
• Ensure safe access to the appliance
• Be present or arrange for an adult representative during service
• Provide necessary power supply and water connection
• Secure valuable items near the service area
• Follow technician's instructions for appliance use

7. Limitations and Exclusions

7.1 Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service in the following cases:

• Appliance is beyond economical repair
• Required spare parts are not available
• Safety concerns exist
• Customer behavior is threatening or abusive

7.2 Liability Limitations

Quick2Service shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not caused by our service
• Damage caused by customer misuse after service
• Data loss from electronic devices
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Technician Conduct

Our technicians are expected to:

• Arrive on time and in uniform
• Behave professionally and courteously
• Complete work efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness at work area
• Provide honest assessments and recommendations

If you experience any issues with our technicians, please report immediately to our customer service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Quick2Service and protected by copyright laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• First, through direct communication with our customer service
• If unresolved, through mediation
• As a last resort, through arbitration in Kolkata jurisdiction

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
