The efficiency of a kitchen chimney depends heavily on the route taken by the exhaust duct. A direct and properly supported duct allows smoke and cooking vapours to leave the kitchen with less resistance. Reducing unnecessary bends and maintaining secure duct connections help preserve airflow throughout the ventilation system.
