Kitchen chimneys require a stable electrical supply for reliable operation. Before completing the installation, technicians inspect the power outlet, wiring condition, switch operation, and earthing where applicable. Loose electrical connections or damaged wiring should be corrected before the appliance is put into regular use. These checks support safe day-to-day operation and help reduce avoidable electrical faults.

Before uninstalling a kitchen chimney, the electrical supply should be disconnected and the appliance inspected for duct connections, mounting brackets, and supporting hardware. Removing the chimney in a controlled manner helps avoid damage to surrounding cabinets, wall finishes, and electrical fittings. Proper handling is also important if the appliance will be reinstalled at another location.
Most Hafele uninstallation jobs in Lake Gardens Kalikapur land between ₹399 and ₹999 — island chimneys and longer duct runs sit at the higher end, simple wall-mounted units at the lower end. All uninstall work carries a 90-day SharkCool service warranty, covering workmanship on the job performed.
Safety checks — secure mounting, ducting seal, and electrical connection — are part of every uninstall job, not an optional add-on.
