Each connection between sections of exhaust duct should remain properly aligned to maintain smooth airflow. Misaligned joints can create turbulence that increases resistance inside the ventilation system. Professional installation includes checking that duct sections fit securely together while supporting efficient movement of cooking fumes toward the outdoor exhaust outlet.

A kitchen chimney blower is designed to move air continuously throughout the cooking process. Interruptions caused by clogged filters, restricted ducts or blocked exhaust outlets reduce airflow efficiency even if the motor itself continues operating normally. Maintaining an unrestricted ventilation path helps the blower provide consistent smoke extraction and dependable everyday performance.
Most Kaff installation jobs in Chetla Kalikapur land between ₹799 and ₹2499 — island chimneys and longer duct runs sit at the higher end, simple wall-mounted units at the lower end. Before switching on a Kaff chimney after installing, we test the electrical connection and confirm the ducting seal is airtight — not just that the fan spins.
