During installation, technicians align the center of the chimney directly above the cooking surface. Proper alignment ensures that smoke produced from every burner moves naturally toward the intake area. Even small positioning errors may reduce smoke capture efficiency during multi-burner cooking. Accurate alignment contributes to balanced airflow and professional installation quality.

Each connection between sections of exhaust duct should remain properly aligned to maintain smooth airflow. Misaligned joints can create turbulence that increases resistance inside the ventilation system. Professional installation includes checking that duct sections fit securely together while supporting efficient movement of cooking fumes toward the outdoor exhaust outlet.
Most Livpure installation jobs in Ballygunge Phari land between ₹799 and ₹2499 — island chimneys and longer duct runs sit at the higher end, simple wall-mounted units at the lower end. You get a 90-day warranty on the install work itself — if something related to our service goes wrong, we come back and fix it at no extra charge.
Safety checks — secure mounting, ducting seal, and electrical connection — are part of every install job, not an optional add-on.

Cooking appliances generate heat that causes air above the cooktop to rise naturally. This upward movement carries smoke, steam and grease particles toward the chimney intake. A properly installed chimney works with this natural airflow instead of against it, capturing contaminants before they spread through the kitchen. Correct installation height, adequate suction and clean filters all contribute to efficient heat-driven ventilation.
