After passing through the grease filters and blower assembly, cooking fumes travel through the exhaust duct until they are released outside the building. Maintaining an unobstructed duct pathway helps preserve airflow efficiency while reducing unnecessary resistance. Proper duct installation supports dependable ventilation and effective smoke removal during everyday cooking.
Most Prestige installation jobs in Chetla Kalikapur land between ₹799 and ₹2499 — island chimneys and longer duct runs sit at the higher end, simple wall-mounted units at the lower end. All install work carries a 90-day SharkCool service warranty, covering workmanship on the job performed.
Before switching on a Prestige chimney after installing, we test the electrical connection and confirm the ducting seal is airtight — not just that the fan spins.

Kitchen chimneys improve indoor comfort by replacing smoke-filled air with cleaner air through continuous ventilation. During cooking, the blower captures warm air containing grease particles, steam and odours before exhausting it outside. Effective air exchange reduces the concentration of airborne contaminants and helps maintain a fresher kitchen environment. Clean filters and unrestricted airflow allow the ventilation system to perform efficiently throughout regular cooking sessions.
