Mounting brackets provide the structural support for the entire kitchen chimney. Before drilling, installers carefully measure horizontal and vertical alignment to ensure the brackets are level and correctly positioned. Accurate bracket placement helps distribute the appliance weight evenly while minimizing vibration during operation. Proper installation also contributes to a clean appearance and simplifies future servicing.

Smoke travels most efficiently when the exhaust duct provides a smooth, uninterrupted airflow path. Sharp bends, unnecessary length and partial obstructions increase turbulence and reduce extraction efficiency. During installation, technicians aim to keep duct routing as direct as practical while following manufacturer recommendations and building constraints. Efficient duct design supports reliable smoke removal and simplifies future maintenance.
