Proper electrical preparation supports dependable operation and simplifies future maintenance without requiring unnecessary modifications.

Electrical connections should remain accessible after installation whenever practical. During installation planning, the location of the power outlet is selected with both safety and future servicing in mind. Accessible electrical connections contribute to efficient long-term maintenance.

Kitchen chimneys are frequently installed between or beneath overhead cabinets. Before mounting the appliance, technicians inspect cabinet alignment to ensure sufficient clearance for installation and future maintenance. Proper alignment also improves the finished appearance by keeping equal spacing on both sides of the chimney. Careful planning before drilling helps avoid unnecessary cabinet modifications later.
