Cooking multiple dishes simultaneously produces greater volumes of smoke and steam than light cooking. During these periods, maintaining clean filters and unobstructed airflow becomes especially important for effective ventilation. If smoke begins escaping beyond the capture area, technicians may inspect airflow, duct condition and chimney positioning as part of a complete performance evaluation.
