How Chimneys Help Control Kitchen Humidity
Boiling, steaming and simmering release significant amounts of water vapour into the kitchen. A properly operating kitchen chimney removes a portion of this moisture together with smoke and cooking odours, helping reduce condensation on cabinets, windows and walls. Efficient ventilation improves cooking comfort while supporting a cleaner indoor environment. Regular filter maintenance and unrestricted airflow help maintain effective moisture removal throughout daily cooking.
