The electrical socket used by a kitchen chimney should remain easily accessible after installation. Installing the socket where it becomes hidden behind inaccessible cabinets or fixed ducting can make future maintenance more difficult. During installation planning, technicians consider cable routing, accessibility, and safety while selecting the final connection point. Proper placement helps simplify inspection and future servicing without affecting the appearance of the kitchen.
