Every connection within the exhaust duct should remain properly fitted to reduce unintended air leakage. Escaping air lowers overall extraction efficiency because part of the blower's airflow never reaches the outdoor vent. Professional installation includes securing accessible duct joints and inspecting them during servicing whenever possible. Maintaining an airtight exhaust path helps improve ventilation performance and supports consistent smoke removal.

After passing through the grease filters and blower assembly, cooking fumes travel through the exhaust duct toward the outdoor vent. Maintaining a smooth and unobstructed path allows the blower to move air efficiently while reducing internal turbulence. Professional installation focuses on creating an exhaust route that supports reliable airflow from the cooking area to the outside environment.
Expect to pay roughly ₹799–₹2499 for IFB chimney install in Santragachi Kalikapur. A kitchen chimney performs best when every part of the ventilation system works together efficiently. Correct installation establishes proper airflow, clean filters maintain low resistance, well-designed ducting supports smooth exhaust movement and regular inspections preserve reliable operation. Treating the chimney as an integrated ventilation system rather than an individual appliance helps maintain cleaner kitchens, effective smoke removal and dependable long-term performance.
