Installing a kitchen chimney at the recommended height above the cooktop helps maintain efficient smoke extraction while providing enough space for safe cooking. The ideal distance depends on the chimney model and the type of cooking appliance, such as gas or electric. Mounting the unit too high may reduce suction efficiency, while placing it too low can expose the appliance to excessive heat. During installation, technicians verify measurements carefully before drilling or fixing mounting brackets.

Stable airflow indicates that filters, ducting, and the motor are working together correctly. Any unexpected restriction identified during testing can be corrected before the service visit is completed.
