The blower is designed to move large volumes of air with minimal resistance. Dirty filters, blocked ducts or restricted exhaust outlets increase resistance, reducing smoke extraction efficiency even though the motor continues operating. Routine maintenance helps preserve balanced airflow and supports reliable blower performance during everyday cooking.

Every cooking session deposits small amounts of grease onto the chimney filters. Although individual deposits may appear insignificant, they gradually accumulate and restrict airflow over time. Periodic cleaning restores the filter's airflow capacity while helping maintain efficient smoke extraction and reducing grease entering internal ventilation components.
