A kitchen chimney continuously removes airborne smoke, steam and grease while cooking is in progress. Instead of allowing contaminants to spread throughout the room, the ventilation system directs them through the filters and exhaust duct. Continuous airflow helps improve indoor air quality, reduces grease settling on nearby surfaces and supports a more comfortable cooking environment. Proper installation and routine maintenance help preserve this performance over time.
