Professional installers evaluate available ceiling clearance before beginning chimney installation. Decorative chimney ducts, false ceilings and overhead cabinets all influence the final mounting position. Measuring vertical space helps determine whether the selected chimney model fits comfortably while maintaining the recommended installation height.
